Choose your patch location

·         Avoid areas rubbed by tight clothing (e.g. bras, belts, etc.)

Place onto clean, dry skin (remove any lotion prior to use)

·         Peel off liner

·         Press onto skin

·         Hold for 10 seconds

Remove

·         If patch is difficult to remove, use rubbing alcohol or lotion

When applying your next Releef CBD Patch, choose another location

·         The new location can be near the old location, ideally not in the exact same spot

·         This is to give your skin the opportunity to breathe and minimizes the chances of irritation
